Since our inception, Bien Consulting Services has been totally focused on building a strategic, quality talent search practice.
Since starting up the business in November 2013, Bien Consulting Services' client base has expanded to include more than 50+ reputable companies covering local and nationwide brands. We also succeeded in filling more than 100 management vacancies, over 700 middle to junior level vacancies, making us one of the growing HR consulting service provider in Chennai.
The Founder and Principle
Founded by Sreehari, an HR practices professional with over 15 years of industry exposure working with leading traditional and new-age Indian companies. Today, he is actively involved in start-up eco-space setting up HR systems from the inception of startups, setting up legal & compliance registrations with respect to HR department. Further to that tie-up with payroll and monthly HR compliance vendors and team which can deliver general operations and recruitment functions of HR. Though its a proprietorship, Bien has various freelance functional consultants and recruiters addressing regular manpower needs of company from campus hiring to lateral hiring; up to head-hunting of top management resources.
